Student Registration

To register your child for the Smoketown Bible2School program, please complete the following 2 steps:

• Fill out and submit the student registration form below.
• After your child is registered, you will receive an attendance waiver to complete and return to your school.

Smoketown Bible2School Classes:

4th Grade meets Tuesdays from 9/29 – 4/20 from 12:15 – 1:15

Leola Bible2School Classes:

3rd Grade meets Tuesdays 10/6 – 4/20 from 12:00 – 12:50
